[hpsdr] KISS Konsole 1.1.19.0 first time running

I don't think the latest Kiss Konsole has caught up with the latest
firmware yet. My relays also chattered like an LDG antenna tuner when I
tried it.  Its probably best to stay away from it until until the KK
software gurus update it,  or go back to the earlier firmware to use KK.
