[hpsdr] OCXO or GPSDO for new Hermes?

Provided that the portable operation is fixed for more than, say, 20 
minutes, a GPSDO should be OK.  The GPS locks in a minute or so, and the 
disciplined oscillator should stabilise within 20 minutes.  It is not 
generally true that the GPSDO needs to be at a known location, although 
getting this right within a few hundred km may speed the GPS 
acquisition.  Positioning was the primary purpose for which GPS was 
designed, and it does that pretty well!
