[hpsdr] Hermes + PennyWhistle?

I'm thinking until the Apollo is available, J11 on the Hermes to the first 2
pins on J1 on the PennyWhistle will turn the amp on/off as I go in/out of TX
mode from the Hermes.

Dave,

Haven't  got mine going yet, but if you are going to use Alex, put in 
the J15 connector on the top side of the Hermes.  The rest of the 
connections from the rear connectors.
