[hpsdr] New Hermes User Manual

All,

A new version of the Hermes User Manual (V1.8) will be available shortly 
from openHPSDR.org/Documents or via SVN here:

<http://svn.tapr.org/repos_sdr_hpsdr/trunk/Hermes/Documentation>

This version supports the TAPR production boards and reflects the connectors 
and jumper settings etc. for these boards.

Many thanks  to Dick, K9IVB, for his extensive updating and review of the 
previous version.

Corrections and suggestions via the reflector please.
