[hpsdr] Invalid firmware

This is probably a broken record at this point, but the OpenHPSDR site says
that 2.0 is the latest version here: http://openhpsdr.org/download.php, and
the link there to the 2.0 rbf file (
http://openhpsdr.org/downloads/firmware/Metis_V2.0.rbf) is broken because
the 2.1 release is in http://openhpsdr.org/downloads/firmware along with
all of the older versions _except_ 2.0.
