Joe (et al):
Doug W5WC's version of PowerSDR determines whether you have a compatible set of Ozy/Metis
vs Penelope/Mercury firmware set.  While it comes with most all versions of Ozy, it loads
the latest, and thus would complain if Mercury and Penelope are not of compatible
versions.  But you can change this by editing InitOzy11.bat...

However, there is no Ozy code that needs to be loaded with Metis, so Doug's code merely
detects a compatible set of firmware for Metis/Mercury/Penelope, given which are declared
as present on your system.

KISS does this too.

Shel's problem was NOT a firmware version mismatch.  It was that he was missing the VC10
(Visual Studio 2010 C/C++) runtime libraries.
