[hpsdr] PowerSDR - two tone test

Hi Georg

The level setting must be set to 0,0 dB. Then the two tones are equal. The  
dB scale is the relative strength between the tones.

Use 1900 Hz for the second tone, then there will be no harmonic relations  
between the two tones. Anyway, 1800 Hz will also work OK.

I sent you the cable today.
