Hi  Georg,

there is no significant difference designing bipolar or FET  pushpull power
amps, except biasing. Use the wellknown Motorola AN593,  AN749, AN758, 
AN860,
AR305, AR313 and also the Philips Notes ECO6907,  ECO7213, NCO8701 and
NCO8703 are very helpful. All is available in the  internet.
