[hpsdr] VNA does not find Hermes

John, Tried your suggestions no go
Tried uninstalling programs that leave background tasks running and
disconnected internet LAN. Still no joy.

About to downgrade Hermes 2.3 to an earlier load.

What Hermes version are you running successfully with VNA?
