[hpsdr] VNA does not find Hermes

Problem solved. Ran Wireshark and saw the the lack of response from the
192.x.x.x interface tricking VNA. Even though VNA indicated the PC IP on
the correct 10.10.10.x interface. Disconnecting the cable did not work. Had
to disable the interface, then VNA found Hermes right away.
