[hpsdr] New P*SDR for OpenHPSDR released (v3.0.5)

HI Doug,

I am extremely impressed with the MIDI support in your latest P*SDR software version.  
I am having fun playing with your latest 3.0.5 version,  assigning knobs, sliders and buttons  in the MIDI tab with my Hercules DJ Control MP3 e2 controller /total 48 controls available/.  Now one can use the HPSR with the real knobs and buttons, and the mouse as well.
