[hpsdr] New P*SDR for OpenHPSDR released (v3.0.5)

All, The error I reported with P*SDR  mrx 3.0.5 is apparently due to my
using a screen font setting of 125% instead of 100%. It runs fine at 100%.
Doug is looking into this.
