Dale,
   I agree, the manual correction factor no longer does anything with 
PSDR 3.0.8 when used with Excaliber.
It did work with PSDR 2.x although it was somewhat granular.  With 2.x 
it displays lots of resolution that can not be used and
only responds to changes larger than 1.0000001. Which results in 300-500 
millihertz (??? ) steps.
