[hpsdr] P*SDR_HPSDR_mRX_v3.0.9 released

Hi Doug,
Many thanks for the new version of the P * SDR_HPSDR_mRX_v3.0.10.
Preamp control for the DJ Control console works fine.
Is it possible to fix the incorrect range switching when using DJ Control console ?
This occurs when the tab "Hardware Config" region is selected the other, is not United States.
Returned again to the "problem when switching Alex" (lost reception, decreases sensitivity, noise track falls down). This problem was not in the program PowerSDR_mRX_v3.0.2.0.

I'm using the following modules :

Mercury_V3.3
Pennylane_V1.7
Alexiares
Hercules DJ Controle MP3e2
