The P*SDR_HPSDR_mRX_v3.0.9 release is now live on the download page at
<http://openhpsdr.org/download.php> and  will be available soon from <
https://apache-labs.com/>.

The following bug fixes and additions are included.

- Added Preamp control for the DJ Control console.
- Bug fix for PHASE display.
- Changed minimum values for the ANAN-100/D 6m PA Gain by Band settings.
