[hpsdr] Hermes J16 right speaker polarity

Thanks to Ken K9VV for pointing out Bill Diaz' work, and the error in the Hermes manual!

It would seem that someone, when laying out the board, may have thought that J16 would go
on the other side of the board? I think that would have resulted in the Hermes docs being
right. Instead, the picture on pg 13 of the V 1.17 Hermes manual from the OpenHPSDR
website does indeed misnumber the pins of J16 as far as standard numbering should go. The
pin seen on the far right as pin 25 should indeed be pin 2. This means that the Hermes
docs have the pin numbering in the wrong direction, and swapped between the upper and
lower rows.

I think that we need another version of the Hermes OpenHPSDR manual with this correction
made.

For those interested, incorrectly-numbered pin 15 (really pin 12) is 'phase +' and pin 14
(really pin 13) is 'phase -' for the right channel. The correct pin numbers for those
used to proper Berg connector (IDC 2x13) numbering, pin 15 is really pin 12.

73,
George K9TRV
