[hpsdr] Resurrecting Ozy

Dear all 

Have an old set of cards 
Ozy, Magister, Janus Penny Mercury
They have been in a box for 5 years or so 
Now in a place where I can spend a bit more time on it 
Is there any way I can get these going using Linux?
(If not whats the best Windows setup?)
Looking at John Meltons code - seems to need Metis 
Looked at the Quartus Programmer - have a USB blaster 
4.5GB to download!
Surely you dont need all that bloat.
Not a lot on the Ozy page nowadays
