[hpsdr] First transmission of Zephyr Engineering SDRstick HF1 on QtRadio

Hi, with help and encouragement from Scotty, WA2DFI, I have my Zephyr 
Engineering *HF1 SDRstick* online on the QtRadio network. You will need 
a FAST network connection to accommodate the 384ksps sample rate that 
was necessary for a Hermes server simulation.
