[hpsdr] USB VID/PID

Hello Everyone,

Does the HPSDR Group have its own USB Vendor ID/Product ID?

This is necessary to have the driver say 'HPSDR' or something similar
pop-up when you plug a USB peripheral in.

Just wondering.
