[hpsdr] Hermes J16 right speaker polarity

Dick,

     There is quite a bit of confusion about the Hermes documentation.  
You state "Correction the 1.8 revision to the Hermes manual not the 1.7 
version"

     Where can the Hermes 1.8 manual be found?

     http://openhpsdr.org/documents.php only shows 
Hermes_User_Manual_V1.17.pdf.

     The V1.17.pdf file states that it is Revision 1.16.
