[hpsdr] Munin enclosure

Hi Tony.

I never tried to find a special enclosure for Munin alone. As it must be  
installed to a good heat sink, preferable via a copper heat spreader, the  
possibilities are many. Dick, K9IVB has found a heat sink, see
http://k9ivb.net/munin2/. This sink may need a fan but by using a larger  
one this may not be needed.

It can be installed in the Pandora box delivered by TAPR.
