[hpsdr] Alternate wiring of L4

[Tom McDermott]

Kjell advised that the construction of L4 might be marginal on 6m.
 
Added some adhesive backed copper foil around the exposed wires on the
unconnected side and soldered it to fully shield the wires at that point.
 
Now to start testing...
