[hpsdr] Alternate wiring of L4

Absolutely no problem with this method on 6m. I used this principle also
with my 300W LDMOS amp and got a frequency response of +/- 0.7 dB between 2
and 50 MHz.
Perhaps a slight adjustment of the compensation-C is advisable.
