[hpsdr] Munin - minimum drive to achieve 100W output

Hi Dale.

I think you can leave the transformer as it is if you are going to use it  
on frequencies below 30 MHz. My gain settings are around 50 dB for all  
bands except 6 meter where it is around 45 dB. As the maximum gain is 38,8  
dB, still 6 dB left.

When I am back in normal life after a very fine Arctic summer, I plan to  
make at least 2 Munin PA´s. Then I´ll try to publish data and measurements  
on the Munin 2 web side.
