[hpsdr] USB VID/PID

Graham,

So I take this as, 'No, the OpenHPSDR/TAPR  group does not have a USB
VID/PID.'

It's a shame the cost of those has gone up 4x in the last 10 or so years.
 I remember when it was less than 1K.

I wonder if they will bargain with non-profits.
