Sorry for my English deficient

I have a problem with my card Pennylane, I U19 (OPA2674) that broke, I 
replaced it and I found the presence of a parasitic oscillation around 
49 MHz. I states that before this problem, I found a spurious line 
around this frequency but as the level was low I did not try to 
understand. I checked the resistance of the assembly that is correct. If 
anyone has encountered this problem or has an idea to solve it, thank 
you to answer me.
