[hpsdr] Hermes and Angelia on same net

I have both a Hermes board and an Angelia board on the same network at the
same time. I would like to start two instances of PowerSDR, one for each
radio, at the same time. Both radios are assigned fixed but different
addresses. (I am using DHCP but have my DHCP server configured to always
assign the Hermes board and the Angelia board a fixed address.)

Any suggestions?
