I don't (yet) have an Angelia, but I regularly use both my Hermes and 
Metis-based OpenHPSDR systems at the same time. Unless Angelia looks 
radically different from a Metis you should have no problem.
I usually use PSDR mRx v3.1.5 with either, but often run a home-built 
application based on KissKonsole. The software can be on different PCs 
on my LAN, or will run fine on the same machine. I fact, I can run PSDR 
v2.6.4 with my Flex-3000 on the same machine with no issues, except for 
visual confusion.
My boxen all use DHCP.
