[hpsdr] No dual receiver on Tranverter IF Band???

Today I set up my 100D to receive 160-30m on my loop, and 20m up on the transmit antenna, using Bypass and Ext1/Rx2 to allow dual
receivers.  But I was surprised when I clicked Ext1 on 10m -- it cancelled the Xvtr selection.  This is a bug -- you should be able
to have dual receivers on 10m AND use it as your Tranceiver IF.  Please put this on the "to be fixed" list!
