[hpsdr] Using Mercury to monitor final amplifier transmit signal

The ADC overload status bit comes on at around -10 dBm;  that’s certainly a safe level.  I try not to use more than that here.  I’ve not experienced any problems with even 0 dBm but as I said I tend to use less than that.  Yes, levels are similar for Hermes, Angelia, and Mercury.
