[hpsdr] cuSDR and Multiple Receivers

Surround or Binaural would be great, but a simpler means might be to
emulate the "select" and "unselect" audio functionality of a Public Safety
radio dispatch console. Where they typically have many radio channels (or
talk groups) and the one that is selected is the primary audio that has the
dispatchers focus, and all the others are unselected with their audio mixed
together and fed to a separate speaker. Each channel has its own unselect
audio level control so the individual levels can be balanced.

In our case, when the receiver window that has focus, the volume is
increased and sent, say to the left speaker, and all the other receiver
windows, are reduced in volume and are mixed and sent to the right speaker.
