[hpsdr] Hermes Tx comand to DDUTil

I use DDUtil  from the CAT within PowerSDR to control my Expert 1K linear amplifier, all works ok from my HPSDR/ Metis setup.
When I try to control my newly completed Hermes based setup with the same settings, I find DDUtil controls everything on the Expert 1K except the Tx  function.

I am using the latest software and firmware. Also tried Hermes  Ver. 2.0 , PowerSDR RX1 and RX2 . All give the same problem.
