[hpsdr] Problem making HPSDR transmit ( probably simple )

Hi Tom,

You mentioned Janus - do you have Janus plugged in to Atlas along with 
the other boards?  I may be wrong but I think this may be incompatible. 
  In any event, I don't think  Janus serves any purpose in this 
configuration.  Just a thought.
