[hpsdr] 2x HP-powerSDR on 1 pc

Hi Bert,

you've made me curious, so I just tried to start 2 separate cuSDR programs,
and tried to connect to one Hermes and one Angelia which are on my local
network. Well, it works! Then I tried PowerSDR (after complaining about
another instance already running): works, too!

Tried only receiving, though.
