[hpsdr] XV432 Transverter on Hermes (via PowerSDR)?

Hi Dave,

As far as I can see, the transverter output spans the entire range of
Hermes.  In fact, you can get full power out of Hermes on the HF antenna
port when in transverter mode (VHF+), so you have to be careful that you
disable the PA when using the transverter.
