[hpsdr] Mercury Level Calibration

Is anyone besides me having trouble calibrating the level of Mercury? I am
using the latest PowerSDR and an Elecraft XG-1 to calibrate. PowerSDR
reports that "(the) Peak is less than 30dB from the noise floor", and, that
is not really the case here.
