[hpsdr] ghpsdr3-alex on the Anan 100D

Hello Fellows,

I am not quite there.  It seems the firewall I am using (that does other
things) is blocking port 8000.  Once you have qtradio functional, and
the 100D is on the local network, is there a way to point directly to
the local address (behind the firewall) for the 100D? 

I don't know yet how much of this installation is working.
