[hpsdr] ANAN-100D RX2 and attenuator

      PowerSDR mRX 3.0.16 and Angelia 2.3 (1.8).

Using S-ATT with both RX1 and RX2 terminated at the antenna connectors,
each 1 db increase in attenuation causes both RX meter signal levels to
show a 1 db increase in the measured noise level until the attenuation
exceeds 31 db, then RX2 noise level drops approximately 31 db compared
to RX1. This effectively removes attenuation in the RX2 signal path
when S-ATT = 32.

I would prefer to have separate attenuators for each receiver, but
would be content to see the RX2 attenuation remain at -31 when the S-ATT
value exceeds 31.

Thanks,
