[hpsdr] Hermes mic

$2.99 radio Shack electric condenser element mounted in a nice case. I need to add a .01uf in parallel with 4.7k in series with audio output to roll off low end a bit. I'm getting good reports. Also works for Penny.
I'm using internal PSDR EQ.
