[hpsdr] Apache Labs Hermes PTT & Mic jumpers

Following Hermes_User_Manual_V1.16.pdf, straps set as follows:-
JP4 2 -> 3  Mic wired to Tip

JP5 2 -> 3          -"-

JP6 1 -> 2 PTT wired to Ring

Measuring +3.3V on Ring which should be PTT and 0V on Tip which should 
be Mic Bias.

 From the labelled picture Pin 1  is the one farthest away from the 
labels Jp4, JP5 and JP6.

Should Pin 1 be nearest the labels?
