[hpsdr] Angelia Bootloader using USB Blaster cable

Hello Phil,
hi Abhi,

on my Angelia board the red D6 status LED will not flashes twice per second. The LED is always on. Is it possible to use the bootloader
in the same way as for the Hermes board? As in your discription
here?
