[hpsdr] P*SDR_HPSDR_mRX_v3.1.5 released

The P*SDR_HPSDR_mRX_v3.1.5 release is now live on the download page at
<http://openhpsdr.org/download.php> and  will be available soon from <
https://apache-labs.com/>.

 

The following changes are included.

 

-          With a tremendous amount of help from Warren, NR0V and Joe, K5SO
we added the dual diversity feature to this release.

 

-          Added a checkbox to the Setup->Transmit->Tune section that allows
you to use the console Drive settings for use during tuning sessions.
