One thing you might try is something like

ld -s libQt5Widgets.so.5.0.1 libQt5Widgets.so.5

These links are normally automatically created and maintained in /usr/lib,
but not so much if you are doing your own links in directories outside.

Others more experienced with linux are likely to answer with more
information.  I'd mention LD_LIBRARY_PATH, but I'm not sure that's
necessary when dealing with files in the same directory?
