[hpsdr] Angelia Bootloader using USB Blaster cable

Hi Franz,

Good to hear that you have your Angelia board working again.

A couple of points.

(1). When you found the LED was not flashing did you try setting Angelia
in Bootloader mode?

(2). If you have loaded the x.pof file into Angelia then you will have
overwritten the Bootloader code. In which case you will not be able to use
HPSDRProgrammer in future to load new code but will have to continue to
use your USB Blaster.

If (1) did not work the other option would be to load the Angelia
Bootloader.pof code into the board and then use HPSDRProgrammer to load
the latest *.rbf file. You can then use this method to load all new
releases.
