Pardon me, the actual filename to edit is for the current Ozy firmware in initozy11.bat is Ozy_Janus.v25.rbf and Ozy_Janus.v24.rbf; I should’ve looked instead of using my unreliable memory for filenames.

In my opinion this should not be the case as the only sure way to ensure that the boards all have compatible firmware is to load the current versions of firmware into them. To underscore this, please note that recently there have been major changes in the firmware for Atlas-based boards, such as the Ozy and Mercury boards are, that are not compatible with earlier versions of firmware. The current firmware for all the boards constitute a compatible set of firmware.

That’s the only way to be absolutely certain that the firmware versions of the various boards on the Atlas bus are compatible. If, later, you wish to use an earlier firmware version please feel free to do so, but in the intial stages of bringing up a new system it makes better sense to use the current firmware in order to eliminate “incompatible firmware” as a reason for failure.

The latest PowerSDR versions have both JanusOzy_V2.5 and JanusOzy_V2.4.rbf in the Release distribution folder.
