[hpsdr] Metis f/w update funny

I haven't been active with my Metis/Mercury/Pennylane kit recently. But, in anticipation of the Munin kits arriving in the not too distant future, I decided to bite the bullet and do a complete update on the boards'  firmware.

Latest versions I could find were:

Metis 2.6b
Mercury 3.4
P'lane 1.8

After a bit of a wobble following the update to Metis I managed to update the other two boards. However, I was puzzled to find that Metis was no longer at the IP address I expected.

It turns out the MAC address of Metis has changed with the updated f/w. Is this to be expected?

I have changed the entry in my DHCP server so Metis is back to the IP I would expect to see it at. Will this happen every time I update Metis f/w from now on?
