[hpsdr] New Release - OpenHPSDR/P*SDR mRX 3.0.2

OpenHPSDR Operators,

 

The mRX 3.0.2 release is now available for download on the openhpsdr.org
downloads page:  http://openhpsdr.org/download.php 

 

This release contains primarily minor bug fixes and performance
enhancements:

 

**In previous releases, in certain situations, it was possible to see
extensive display latency, i.e., the display was lagging the audio.  This
has been corrected.  Note, however, that in cases of low sample rates and/or
very large FFT sizes, the display may appear to lag slightly simply due to
the amount of time required to collect fully new sample sets for the large
FFTs.

 

**This release prevents "Zero Beat" from functioning with Power OFF.

 

**This release removes the Diversity Form.

 

**This release corrects a problem with mute when using VAC.

 

**The NB2 button now correctly activates the legacy Noise Blankers.  This
feature had been intended to work in the previous release; however, it was
missed and did not function.  Note that the legacy Noise Blankers will now
work for the Audio but will not function to limit noise disturbances in the
receive displays.  We encourage you to use the new Noise Blanker
functionality (NB button) which works for BOTH the Audio and the Displays.

 

Updating your system is very easy using the installer link on the downloads
page referenced above.  Please take a moment and install the latest!
