[hpsdr] Programmer and bootloader under Ubuntu 12.10

Hello,

	I finally assembled my radio. Its been on my to-do list well over a year. I think the
next step is to upload the firmware. I downloaded the firmware and the programmer.
Unfortunately the programmer won't run. It needs Qt5. I've upgraded that, but now it can't
find:

	libicui18n.so.49 => not found
	libicuuc.so.49 => not found

I can't find those. I grabbed the source from SVN, but can't figure out how to build it.
There are no make files, scripts etc. Is there some QT magic I need to invoke?

Any hints on how to build it?
