[hpsdr] Migrating HPSDR/PowerSDR from Win XP to Win 7(Mercury, Penelope, Ozy)

Hi,

Is there an up to date instruction set for this please?  From what I read 
one of the first things I need is to install the USBIO driver but so far I 
am unable to find the download site for this.  Tried Flex Radio Systems but 
could not find it.  Found a website that wanted about $2500 for it!!

Obviously I am on the wrong track.

The Open HPSDR Quick Startup Guide(Windows) says under the heading USBIO 
Drivers "click here" but there is in fact no link and then goes on to point 
one to Flex Radio Systems where once again I am unable to find it.

Currently my /hpsdr system works well on XP but I wish to dump XP as soon as 
possible.

Any guidance will be appreciated.
