[hpsdr] Migrating HPSDR/PowerSDR from Win XP to Win 7(Mercury, Penelope, Ozy)

Dear Merv,
Simply download the latest PowerSDR installer from the OpenHPSDR website/wiki (Doug W5WC's
versions, either single or 2 RX, depending on your situation.  It contains the LIBUSB0
driver that you need.  There are no other needed drivers.  And you only need that if you
are using Ozy and not Metis.

Once you install the new version of PowerSDR, the libusb0 drivers will be 'placed on your
system', but NOT 'installed'.  Look for them Simply right-click on the driver's .inf file
and choose to install the driver.  I think that there may even be videos of doing this
process, courtesy of Ken N9VV.

You should find driver in C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenHPSDR\ LibUSB0 Driver for Ozy, if you
get Windows 7-64bit.  If you get Windows 7-32 bit, omit the ' (x86)' from the program path
that I've identified.
